Board Meetings are chronicled by the meeting minutes. They serve as the testimony and documentation as to:

  • What agenda items were brought before the Board of Education for a vote.
  • The members present at the meeting and the voting record of each member.
  • Comments and conversations made by the public, Board of Education, district administrators or professionals testifying before the Board.

The minutes are maintained and listed by the school year in the below folder. These minutes are not meant to be the complete document. Certain attachments presented at the board meeting may not be included online. A complete set of documents that were presented, discussed, and voted on at the public meetings are on permanent file for review in the office of the School Business Administrator at 155 Robbinsville Edinburg Road, Robbinsville NJ 08691.

Board Meeting Audio Recordings

Each Board of Education meeting is recorded to serve as an administrative aid in the preparation of minutes. Recordings of minutes are posted on our website for the public. 

Beginning March 2023, Robbinsville Board of Education meetings are live-streamed for the community via the district Youtube page. Live Streaming of meetings shall be for viewing only. The public will not have the ability to participate in public session comments unless they are physically present at the meeting. The closed-captioning feature is enabled for all live-streams to enhance the viewer experience.
